Shocking customer service. Paid for next day delivery and the product turned up over 5 days later. Only refunded difference between next day and standard delviery. Would have expected full refund of postage as a goodwill jesture. Only used this company as they offered next day delivery. However, Royal Mail was next working day!!!!!. Wont use again.
