Customer service is shocking! My parents bought me joe blow pump for my birthday. They live in the south of France. Delivery was swift no complaints. BUT!! Unfortunately the pump was faulty and I needed it for that weekend as I was riding in wales . I contacted them and was told the quickest way to get a replacement was to order another and return the faulty pump. I did this and sent it 48hrs with the label they told me to apply to the said pump still in original packaging and wrapped in black plastic.
Over two weeks later no refund so contacted them and said my parents still have not received a refund. To which they replied “ we have loads of returns do you have the tracking number?” Well it’s not so easy to spend hours trying to find tracking numbers when I’m trying to run my own business as I had already repackaged the item printed out the label that gb sports sent me the link to do then have to drive to the post office to post the item.
So after about fifteen emails whilst trying to run my own business I’ve had to download the post office software to track the said package! WHY CANT YOU DO THIS YOURSELVES? Only to prove package was delivered two days after I sent it 😡 the time I have spent doing all of this isn’t worth what the pump cost only to be told by a lovely sarcastic bloke called Chris enjoy the rest of your day!! Steer well clear of this company that also uses several names disgusting way to treat customers. You sold a faulty item it’s down to you to sort it out😡
