Sends emails repetitively. When I opened it and checked my info I updated it. I have no recollection of signing up to this service despite them insisting I did and they state the contract I signed locked me into a 3 month contract which will be 2 more charges of $189 each. Says this must be paid and I won't be eligible for a refund despite not needing this service. Will not negotiate refund with me keeps throwing their apparent contracts clause that traps people in. Possibly looked at the advertisement of trial service but did not register for it. Likely selected the button while holding phone and doing other things like a pocket call. Do not need this service 😒 so far been charged $189 2 more of them payments to go 🤬
