All these bad reviews and each element people are saying below are correct. Connect you with leads that are mismatched then charge really high prices for it $23 Australian per link. Customer service is incredibly hard to deal with, they have a no refund policy. Even if their matching was incorrect and you didn’t get the service properly they say they don’t have a refund policy. Very dodgy. Beware. And definitely don’t sign up to ‘live’ matching. They automatically link you to people charge you for it with out your approval first. Before you’ve even contacted the client. They seem to have lots of good fake reviews, if you read through you can tell. Anyway hope this helps someone else avoid almost $100 loss and 20 emails back and forth with their team.
