I ordered stag and doe large garden sculptures as a birthday present for my wife. The delivery time was stated as 6 to 8 weeks, so I ordered accordingly so that they would be delivered just before her birthday. I was very surprised to receive a phone call just after ordering to say that they would be delivered the very next day. They are too large to keep hidden for 8 weeks, so it spoilt the surprise somewhat. I was also disappointed to subsequently find I could have purchased the same sculptures elsewhere for £155 less. Addendum: Subsequent to posting my original review, Steve from Statues and Sculptures went the extra mile by getting in touch with me by email and telephone to explain how he had been able to deliver the statues so much quicker than expected. Additionally, without any request from myself, he refunded £155 to my credit card to match the other supplier's price, even though he was under no obligation at all to do so. In this day and age it was a very pleasant surprise to receive such customer service, and as a result of this I have raised my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Thank you Steve.
