Excellent customer service - a real person to speak to, who clearly listened because I got a call back asking if I was sure about the order because I had been saying I wanted the one with engraving - he was right, and I was able to change the order.
The sun dial was delivered when I was told it would be, installed so it tells the correct time (when the sun is out anyway, and until the clocks go back....) Beautiful dial, quality column.
