I have no issues with customer service or delivery, I was informed of progress and it arrived on time. The hoody itself I didn't feel was really quite the quality I was hoping for, it wasn't bad, it just wasn't 150€ good. The fit was odd. I am an above average height woman and the small was far too big (I realise they are oversized but even with the cuffs folded up the sleeves were ridiculously long). My partner could just get away with it.
