I have not figured out how to get my foot started into the sock. Still working on it. What I figured out [ that they don't tell you is get the gloves and make sure the heel is all the way to the top so when you slide your foot in everything falls into place perfectly. I have revised my review. Just be sure the heel is exposed at the top.
