I ordered this 2 weeks ago and do not have any tracking information of when it will be delivered

I've sent Tessa Dubbeldam several emails and have not heard anything
In the next several days if I do not hear when this will be delivered, I'm calling my CC Company
and tell them this is a FRAUD and to cancel my payment.
