I love my Stockingaid. I could not get my compression socks over my toes. The leg I have a blood clot in had my knee replaced 2 1/2 years ago and I still can’t bend it. It took me a few times to get it on. I watched the video 3 times before I got it right. When I received my order the mat was missing. You folks replaced it Tessa was amazing. UPS Courier Company provided terrible service. When I received the box. It was tore open and the packaging tape was split open. So I believe either Customs opened the box and didn’t tape it back together. Plus there was a big hole in the box. No surprise that something was missing. I’m surprised more didn’t fall out of the box. I called them to complain; but, didn’t hear back from them. Keep up your great products and service.
