Ordering was easy. But the donning device took over 3 weeks to come. I realize that it was shipped from Belgium but did not expect it to take that long. It took a call to get things moving. The package came right alfter my call with an explanation that it had been held up in customs. Since this is the only source of a product of this design, I had to order it from here.
