I use this supplier a lot most of the time all is great, this time the hatch was damaged however it wasn't apparent because the cardboard cover didn't appear to be damaged. I leave the cardboard on until after installing the hatch this way it is less likely the hatch gets scratched during installation. When I removed the cardboard it was apparent the hatch was damaged. I contacted them and they arranged a replacement however they gave me a bit of down the banks for not checking it properly before fitting it. It all worked out in the end, they sent me a new door that arrived 2 days later and I was able to keep the customer happy.
