The products were great, can highly recommend. It was the lack of communication that has forced us to drop a star - We placed the order but did not know when it would arrive. When it arrived, still no communication to say that it was parcel 1 of 2. The other parcel arrived the following day even though both items were ordered together. This meant that we had to get a driver to deliver the second item to site so as not to hold up the install. There was no invoice sent either, although it was quickly received after we emailed a request. Would we use Sunlux again? Probably, but the issues could have been easily avoided with better communication
