I take the mint-flavored oil in my coffee in the morning. Turns my coffee green, but tastes just like a mocha (not like mulch). It's just the thing when it's cold and I'm feeling creaky and don't feel like working out. A few drops soothe all the aches, and let me get on with things. Great stuff.
