I ordered CBD oil from Sunsoil for night time anxiety and insomnia. I have an adverse reaction to melatonin so someone recommended I try CBD. It definitely helps my racing thoughts and I find that I'm able to stay asleep longer than anything else I've ever tried. You don't wake up feeling drowsy or hungover.
