I have been using Sunsoil CBD for over 1 1/2 years. I take 2-4 droppers full right before I retire for the night. It relaxes my nerves and settles my mind as I prepare for bed. Within about 20 minutes I fall asleep (no counting sheep) and wake maybe only once to go to the bathroom. Then its right back to sleep till early morning rising. If I have had a particularly stressful day I will also apply some oil to the bottoms of my feet before bedtime. It is absorbed into the body faster than ingesting it alone.
