Ahhhh! I look forward to my evening tea shortly before bedtime. It's a blend of chamomile and tulsi. Recently I received the cinnamon drops and have added that to the blend. It's been a perfect way to end the evening and lull myself to sleep. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
