I take it daily. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. It helps with my arthritis and other inflammation issues I have. I am able to exercise and do zumba 4 or 5 times a week. It gives me the cushion to keep pushing my body to activity levels I was never able to do when I was younger. I've had open heart surgery and have lost 60 pounds, over the last 3 years. Sunsoil has been there for every step of my journey.
