I ordered loft boards, 7 x 2.4m lengths of 3”x2” timber, and one box of 60 x 5mm screws.
The loft boards were correct, but I received 4 x 4.2m lengths of 3”x2” timber and 2 boxes of 50 x5mm screws ! Although the total length of timer is correct, you can’t get 7 length of 2.4m out of 4 length of 4.2m and use screws that are too short ! Despite e:mailing the Director who had earlier personally apologised for not being able to deliver on the requested day, nothing was done ! I won’t be using them again.
