I booked a ticket (A1041108579 )on April and I used a code that gave me 152aed, that it should be expired on 10 July . I sent an email at 8:52 am to their customer service to extend to me the date of expiry of the wallet points. I received from them an answer at 6:40pm!! Saying that they contacted with the concerned team and will get back to me within 72 hours !, while I was checking the application I noticed that they already removed the amount from my wallet!!!!!!
I don’t guess that from them, at least if they are so slow answering customers at least they don’t have to remove the points immediately! So it caused me lose 152AED because I asked them to extend the date !!! I felt like they don’t like that I got these points from beginning!!
In end I promise my self never book with tajawal as they are badly treating their customers, and their service charge so expensive too.
Please think twice before booking with tajawal, MAKE TAJAWAL LAST CHOICE WHILE BOOKING to avoid a unprofessional customer service and higher service charge....
