DO NOT USE TALIXO - BUYER BEWARE. After a 10 hour flight to Dominican Republic and pre-booked with this company. Upon arrival driver fed us some complete BS that we had cancelled our transfer. Why would we do that having prepaid?? Even after showing them payment confirmation on mobile banking app and having a print out of our booking he was ignorant, rude and unhelpful. 2 hours at DR airport stressed and with a 6 yr old crying his eyes out. Showed no signs of attempting to help and when calling company they said nothing they could do. A COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY. Ended up having to pay an additional $100 to get a taxi due to ineptitude, arrogant and the most unhelpful pr1ck left us stranded.
