If you are looking for horrible customer service experience with a transport service, then I highly recommend Talixo! HORRIBLE!!! We booked Talixo to pick us up at the airport in Curacao to take us to the hotel. The Talixo driver could not wait on everyone, as some of our party was in immigrations about 15 min behind, so the driver left us all at the airport stranded. We immediately reached out to Talixo to ask for a refund and cancel the return trip. It took us 6 days to get a response on chat, to only tell us we need to call our booking agency. Booking agency reached out, and Talixo would not offer a full refund.
