Hi, if you can bring a regular motion detector, screws for the metal divider strip, and a grab bar ( not sure there is a wood stud in the place we want it installed), just come and do the work. A grab bar is needed asap for housemate who is in a wheelchair because of a recent injury. Desmond came once and knows about the metal divider strip. He thinks a strong contact glue is the way to go but I do not know. I can send photos of the three tasks. Thanks!
