Can only say good things about Tax Heroes, from the initial phone call to the final phone call to say my claim had been successful. Both Ceri and Roschelle in the background have been excellent to deal with either explaining what my next moves were to keep the claim moving or the weekly updates.
If you need a company to help you claim for unclaimed tax, you won't go far wrong from using these guys. 10/10 well done.
