This happened years ago, I believe I must have clicked on the website when I had little knowledge about taxes as a young adult and I received an email from them to which I did not respond as I didn't want to share any further personal details. However, after 3 YEARS they decided to take over my tax returns and take money out of me through various fees. I have asked them to delete my account immediately and stay away from my own finances. I still don't understand how they were able to do so without my consent. They are a bunch of scammers and I will surely contact HMRC regarding this.
