Rang the Melbourne store unfortunately no one was physically in there to help as they were getting a Covid test but the phone did patch through to Shannon and we had a good chat, couldn't go in that day and too bad but can't help that in this current environment. Rang back the next day but the phone rang but did patch through to the Brisbane store and the staff in Brisbane were able to get onto the Melbourne store and shortly later Shannon from the Melbourne store rang me back and I was able to go in and get the bits I needed. In these tough times I'm glad that the store is not only open but everyone was able to go the extra length just to allow me to get some bits that only summed up to about $35 but very much needed that day. Kudos to everyone for doing that little bit extra and caring about the customers needs and please do show this message on to the company owner. Regards, Michael
