The actual customer service and helpfulness from staff member, Anthony was EXCELLENT. Though troubling was the fact that I bought a Telrex brand (Coms in the box) shelf that did NOT fit an older model Coms in the box data rack. Apparently the Coms in the box supplier chops and changes their data rack specs over time, which does NOT help customers or staff. So now I have to take the shelving back for a return and have had to source another universally fitting shelf (that needs adjusting and tweaking to fit). So 5 stars for Anthony attempting to source an older shelf that fits , though unsuccessful. 2 Stars for the company supplying a product that has sizing specs changed and does not supply for....
