Do NOT use; 2 other schemes exist. You cannot trust this business. When phoning up to find out about how a deposit is handled I was given completely wrong and misleading advice. Today, it has been confirmed in writing "...I believe the first call you made not to be of the standard I deem acceptable..." by the "Head of Customer Experience" but barely an apology and certainly no compensation for the costs for my time, calls and dealing with its negligence. Will be reported to Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government and other authorities and will consider county court proceedings.
