Bought my Sorrel 3L Shell Jacket as an unplanned purchase at Waterville Valley. Just before lunch the zipper on an old coat gave up and I popped over to Sport Thoma at the base to replace it. After looking at all of the jackets, this was the one that had the best features, and build quality. I've worn it every day since while skiing. Pouring rain, snow, 10 degrees, 50 degrees, and everything in between. It breathes great, and has plenty of deep pockets to store whatever I need for the day. Terracea being a local, New Hampshire based company, really sealed the deal for me.
