The product was marketed as a tool for electricians, but in reality, it's nothing more than a cheap watch with a misleading name. Upon receiving the item, it became painfully clear that the company's marketing lacks transparency and accuracy. The product descriptions and specifications on their website are a far cry from the actual capabilities of the so-called "Ammeter." It's not a functional tool for electricians and the misleading information is nothing short of a scam. To make matters worse, when I attempted to return the watch, I was met with a rigid and inflexible return policy, especially disheartening during the holiday season. Many reputable companies understand the challenges customers face during this time and offer extended return windows. However, this company seems more interested in sticking to its policy than in ensuring customer satisfaction. The lack of accountability is astonishing. I had responded to the company's inquiry about the product, telling them in an email that it was a Christmas present for my son so it was too early for a review. Their lack of response was disappointing. The disregard for customers' concerns and the refusal to rectify the situation shows a lack of integrity on the part of this company.
