I would save up and buy a Accutron SpaceView instead, a vintage one will hold its value very well. You could well break even if/when selling so essentially have been a custodian of a piece of horological history for free. I am pretty sure in 20 years time there will still be more 50 year old Accutron SpaceView's on peoples wrists and most of this brands watches would had been condemmed to landfill. I don't own an Electricianz so have no experience of either the brand or the product. However I have been a proud owner of a Accutron SpaceView for almost 20 years after being passed it by my father. At some point I will be passing it down to my son. I am pretty sure the carbon footprint of my watch 54 years after manufacter is now so insignificant too. Saves money, preserves history and saves the planet - the vintage Accutron SpaceView is a true hero in horology.
