We purchased all our goods for our ensuite renovation from The Blue Space. Easy process and all the goods were delivered in two lots in a timely manner. 2-3 months following our delivery the last of the ensuite goods (accessories) were due to be installed and were too big for our small ensuite. I read the terms and conditions and was basically not entitled to anything. So I wrote an email and explained why I had waited so long etc and Ellie (a very empathic and considerate staff member) sent it to the appropriate team for consideration, which was later approved. Can't ask for more than than that. Soo happy with the Ellie and the company's flexibility. Thank you!!
