Excellent communication, services and friendliness. I was one of the first customers when they launched Baby M and love it. My nice kept all the pieces for her twins although they are now 13 and my other niece passed on the pieces from the older boy to his 2 years old brother. I have bought a few pieces for the last year and this year for the 2 years old brother
