I tried the £10 box and had an issue where I added the wrong clothes to it - customer service contacted me promptly and I was able add new items to my box. This range is limited, but I found things to my taste. All clothes arrived promptly, clean and mostly new (I didn’t really like the strong laundered smell, but at least it was clean and well made). At the end of my month trial, cancelling was made easy and I was sent a pre-paid returns label I dropped off at my post office. There was a few issues with this but the customer service team were really responsive and had quick, helpful replies. Overall I really enjoyed the experience - I would love to come back and be a regular subscriber if my disposable income ever grows! (I’m a student).
