Great customer service and good varied collection of clothes. It's a great option if you love to buy and wear new clothes but inevitably lose interest in them after a while. Also a great new sustainable way of updating your wardrobe and I've found it encourages me to be bolder with my style choices as it's just for a month so why not try something new! My main stumbling block is trying to figure out what size will fit me as women's clothing sizes are notorious for being all over the place but they try to give accurate size guides and their mid-month swap is really helpful on that front. Perhaps if they let customers leave reviews on the items that would help even more to help judge sizing.
