I really wanted to like the Devout, but the customer service has been horrendous. I was going to be traveling when my box was due to changeover, so I reached out proactively to customer service, who did not help at all. While I was gone, a new box was delivered (via a different delivery service than quoted, so I had no idea), then picked up again instead of the old box which sat in front of my flat for 10 days. I have emailed customer service every day this week to fix the issue and still don't know how to cancel my account or get the box back to them. Very disapointing, as the clothes and concept are great. The site itself still needs a lot of work.
