This is my first time using a clothes rental service. I'm pretty pleased overall. I selected five items from a mix of brands - some I know, some I've always wanted to try. Delivery was easy & quick - well packaged, no excess plastic / packaging. 3 of the 5 items I received were brand new, 1 in good condition, 1 was pretty worn looking. I've enjoyed wearing the clothes so far, and will use the service again. I find the £79 a month price tag a bit too expensive, so I sense I'm unlikely to continue using the service after my three-month, half-price trial. I genuinely would consider buying one of the items, but it's the only quite worn-out item in the box, so it doesn't feel worth the price (even with the 25% discount).
