Love this subscription its such a great idea! Ive been ordering 5 items each month for about 4 months. I love all the pieces, they're always great quality. Really appreciate that the price has dropped from its original higher rate! I was going to cancel before the price dropped. This was mainly due to the website and stocking. The website is clunky and difficult to use particularly on a phone. This is only redeemed by having a great support team who always reply quickly. However it's still frustrating. My biggest criticism is that the clothes are really poorly stocked and rarely have options for sizes. I haven't seen any sizes restocked on my favourited items the whole time I've been subscribed. I'd recommend being hot on your ordering when new clothes come in! Despite the draw backs I still love the concept and love all my items too.
