This is my 4th box from The Devout and I'm still really pleased with their service overall. The clothes are great, in good condition, and the service is fab when something goes awry. Downsides? The sizing can be all over the place unfortunately - I ordered a UK 12 pair of &OtherStories trousers and they gave me a EU38 despite The Devout's own size guide saying a UK12 == EU40 (which *is* the size I wear from &OS). They also often don't keep much stock of an item which means that what's actually available when your box is due for renewal isn't necessarily what you'd hoped you'd get that month. I'm hoping these are teething issues for a relatively young company though!
