First box, love the concept.
Had to do a chase to find out when the clothes would be delivered (no update for a few days after placing the order) customer service replied the next day and said they’ve led prioritise my order and it would be delivered the next day.
Clothes are worn but good. Similar wear to what you would expect from purchasing from a charity shop.
