So nearly great! Pros - love the concept and all the clothes I've had, some of which have been brand new when I've received them. Customer service has been responsive. Like that they will collect the previous box (5 items) when they drop off the new one. Cons - website UX is poor (it's buggy - filters often don't work etc), no transparency around renewal and shipment dates (on a few occasions I've not received my swap/shipment email and had to chase) and delivery times are inconsistent (it's taken 3 days - 2 weeks). Newer stuff has often all gone in my size by the time I can place an order - could do with more stock in size 10/12.
