I love the concept of this and the pricing is much better than other rental options I’ve looked at. I’m trying to be more ethical with my clothing choices, plus it’s a chance to try new things I maybe wouldn’t if I had to buy them. However the website is challenging - the search function isn’t good and there’s no way to search for available clothes in your size, so it takes forever to find stuff you actually want to add to your rental box. I’d love to keep using this long term but I think the frustration of struggling to find items might ultimately mean I cancel after a few months.
