Really great concept, and I'm really happy with my first batch of clothes. The only snag I had was that I'd originally picked two out of five items that had been returned the Devout damaged, so they couldn't rent them to me. It would have been better if the items had been checked first before being displayed as available. I ended up with a cardigan that doesn't really suit me (the only item out of my batch that I wouldn't have bought had I tried it on in a shop), instead of a jumper that I really needed this month. Anyway, the team was really helpful and responsive, so I appreciate they did all they could to rectify the situation and suggest alternatives. Really quick delivery as well - thank you!
