I received the totally wrong product and was hung up on by customer service while explaining the situation. I was able to send the product back for a refund but since the original product was no longer in stock, I was put in a bit of a bind trying to find another dress on such short notice. I was disappointed about not receiving any sort of apology or discount in hopes to remedy/ help the situation.
