Worse experience ever! I ordered a dress and few days later they sent me an email stating that my dress has been shipped even sent me a tracking information. Few days prior to day I needed the dress for, I tracked and it says the order has been Canceled and my dress was returned. My goodness! I called TheDressWarehouse, and all they said was that the dress was out of stock. How can the dress you already shipped and sent me the tracking number be out of stock? They never informed me any new development prior to the day I tracked the order. To make matters worse the lady that picked my call was even yelling at me, I asked to speak with the manager she said the manager would call me back. Till this moment, nobody called me. It was a terrible experience!
