Giving it 2 Star because your customer service response time and efficiency was great. I’m a size US4 in all department and boutique stores and generally most brands unless I am ordering from Some Chinese website then I go 2 sizes up! Dress 1: assuming this is US retailer, I ordered my actual size 4 and when the dress came, it was too small. Returned for exchange, ordered a different dress size 6. Received a complete random size 15 dress. Returned it again Finallyy dress size 6 arrived and unfortunately too small (even though I ordered 2 sizes up from my current size). With the inconvenience of so many returns, planing duty multiple times - I decided to donate the last dress which didn’t fit. Very disappointed with the sizing and also, quality of the product not as you see it on screen.
