First, I'll say that I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter's prom. I placed the order on 4/12 and they arrived 4/17. Price is very reasonable, the dresses were beautiful and they arrived within 5 days. Second, I ordered these dresses ONLY because it clearly stated on the website "EASY RETURNS". I requested a return on 4/22, within 5 days of receipt of the dresses; they are unworn, in the original packaging with tags intact. However, I was then told that they will only accept returns/refunds for 2 brands on their website. This was not clear any where on the website and I think this is predatory advertising. The return/refund policy is seriously misleading and dishonest.
