I bought my first Dualtron from The E Scooter Co and when it turned up it had 2 issues. After emailing the company the first issue was actually my user error and the other very small issue was dealt with straight away although it needs a part ordered which is not the company's fault. They were super quick and efficient with their response to every email and very helpful and knowledgeable. So far my experience has been brilliant and I will buy from them again when I upgrade next and would highly recommend.
