Good communication with their customer services but very strict returns policy knocking off £50 for tyres that were wheeled around a flat surface. Also no free returns costing me £35, the scooter was delayed getting to me by nearly a week in the first place, not next day delivery as stated. I’ve since found another scooter site with the same scooter price that do free returns.
