Firstly I ordered the Gazco mk1 110w ereflex outset. This fire is incredible- I cannot tell you how amazing it look in my living room. I’ve got it situated in a tv wall and it is the most amazing feature. I also want to make sure a special recognition is in play for this company for pushing for my order to be delivered faster than usual due to my order error. They did all the could to get this fire to me before I went on holiday ready for the carpenter. Great customer service. I’ve uploaded some videos because I was obsessed with seeing the reviews as it’s important you get it right but make no mistake this fire is incredible.
